The questions that keep coming up
Can everything be handled by email, without calls?
Yes, and that is our default. Scoping, quoting, progress notes and handover all happen in writing. Written words can be re-read six months later; a call cannot. If a topic goes faster out loud, we suggest it and you decide.
Do you only do artificial intelligence?
No. AI is one tool among others and it fits only part of the work. Most of what we do is development, search, measurement and day-to-day operations. When a project does not need AI, we do not sell it.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, starting at a marketing site or an audit. The process is the same, only the scope changes. Put your budget in the request: we would rather split a project in two stages than deliver a rushed version of all of it.
Who owns what you produce?
You do, entirely, at handover: source code, repository, documentation, admin accounts, domain names. We keep no piece that would force you to stay with us.
Will you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, and we did it on our own sites first, this one included: its first version was inherited, then rebuilt. We start with a short paid assessment, because inherited code hides things no honest quote can price blind. If taking it over costs more than rebuilding, we say so.
Can our data stay on our side?
Yes. When confidentiality requires it, we deploy the models and the processing on your hardware or on a dedicated server. That is what we do for our own editorial chain: no content passes through an external API.
How many of you are there?
One full-time, plus specialists brought in case by case. That is enough for a site, a store, a line-of-business application or the rescue of an ad account; it is not enough for a job that needs five developers running in parallel. If yours is one of those, we will say so at the quote stage rather than six weeks in.
What does a US invoice complicate for a European company?
Almost nothing. The invoice is in dollars and carries no VAT: you account for it under the reverse charge, the same as any service bought outside the European Union. If you are ordering as a private individual, say so in the request: the tax treatment differs and we put it on the quote.
How does payment work?
Thirty per cent on order, the balance on delivery for a fixed-price project. Monthly in advance for a retainer. Invoiced by the LLC, in dollars, itemised.
