Who handles your data

What this site collects

There is no form, no client area and no payment on this site. Getting in touch happens by email.

Until you click "Accept", the measurement tags load in denied mode: no advertising cookie is set and no identifier is sent. That is this site's default behaviour, not an option you have to find.

Who else has access

We sell no data, we rent none, and no visitor of this site feeds any prospecting list.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google and Meta process part of the data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework both companies adhere to. If you decline measurement, nothing reaches them.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to info@omnilearn.org. We answer within thirty days. You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom left of any page. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Client data

This page covers the website only. During an engagement we access systems holding data owned by the client: that is governed by the services agreement and the NDA signed before any access, never by this page. In those cases we act as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.

Changes

Any change to this page is dated at the top. We do not retroactively change how already-collected data is used.
